SKIN’s Chicago interior design office was approached by a client with a distinct vision. They wanted their home to be a canvas. Upon which, we would display their elegant art collection. Every art piece has provenance, so our Chicago interior designers found elements to match, keeping in mind ways to bring out the color in the art. With the focus being on art, we mixed museum-quality furniture with Mid-century American designer comfort to balance “showcase” with “home.” The result is breathtaking surroundings inside an inviting home.
