SKIN’s question to answer in approaching this project was, what makes Chicago interior design specifically Chicago? The client wanted to capture the charisma of the city within their home, which meant to us, blending our expertise in art history and architecture with our eye for clean, modern design. A nod to the cultural diversity of Chicago in the interior design concept, reflections of the sharp lines of the landscape, and influences of Art Deco create a complex space, layered with comfort.
